The Ask
Randy approached us to redesign and renovate his new-to-him condo with a focus on clean lines, bright, open spaces, and stunning features that would allow for both hosting parties and peaceful living. He wanted a modern aesthetic that complemented the breathtaking ocean views from almost every room.

The Solution
Our designer worked closely with Randy to create a layout that met these needs.
Kitchen & Living Space: Opened up the kitchen to the dining and living areas to improve flow. Installed custom cabinetry with a pullout wine rack, white quartz countertops, and recessed pulls for a sleek, modern look. Lowered the ceiling by 2" throughout the condo to accommodate pot lights for enhanced ambiance.
Bathrooms: Used a neutral yet striking tile palette with black fixtures for contrast. Installed black fluted porcelain tile as a backsplash. Added radiant in-floor heating, motion-activated accent lighting in the ensuite niche, and mirror cabinet lighting in the hall bath.
Flooring & Storage: Installed pet-friendly blonde oak laminate flooring. Added simple yet effective closet organizers in the ensuite and coat closet. Solid core doors were installed throughout the unit for better privacy and sound insulation.
Infrastructure & Tech Upgrades: Re-piped the entire condo, upgraded the electrical panel, and replaced most of the wiring. Integrated Cat 6 cabling for high-speed internet in bedrooms and the living room. Coordinated with the City of Vancouver, the strata, and a licensed fire technician to relocate a fire detector integrated into the building’s system.

The result is a sleek, modern condo that balances functionality with beauty. Randy now enjoys diverse lighting options, serene bathrooms, and a breathtaking space that showcases its ocean views. He appreciates the transformation, which perfectly suits both his entertaining lifestyle and desire for a peaceful retreat.
